Typography Matters

The importance of typography is often overlooked. Whether it’s hierarchy of information, typefaces, point size, leading, or even the use of negative space, typography can often affect a viewer’s interpretation of any message. For example, script fonts on an invitation will typically convey a feeling of elegance but if they are more bubbly in appearance, the invitation may have a playful quality, and handwritten script fonts can make an invitation appear quaint and charming.
